At Tn, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, our return and refund policy is here to help make things right.
1. Return Conditions
You may be eligible to return a product if:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Note: Used vape products, opened pods, and e-liquids are non-returnable due to health and safety reasons.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or opened vape devices
- Opened e-liquid bottles
- Clearance or promotional items
- Customized or special-order products
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will:
- Notify you of the approval or rejection
- Process approved refunds within 5–10 business days
- Refund to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
4. Damaged or Faulty Products
If your item arrived damaged or defective:

- Include photos of the item and packaging
- We’ll issue a replacement or a full refund, case-by-case

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that your return has been received. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be credited to your account.

Sale items
Refunds are available for regular priced items only. Sale items are not refundable.
